Mentally Tough Skaters

Experts agree that the acquisition of psychological skills is the result of formal instruction and deliberate training.

Many skaters and teams have great potential, but they lack that critical something to make it onto the podium…..

  • Disciplined work ethic
  • Consistency under pressure
  • Effectively coping with nerves
  • Emotional control
  • Self-Confidence
  • Focus control
  • Optimism
  • Self-talk control
  • Perseverance
  • Belief in team members' skills
  • Resiliency
  • Self-knowledge of their mental strengths and weaknesses

What are your skater’s strengths? What could your skaters be better at?

Do you go the extra mile to make sure your skaters’ training plans address all critical areas for their success?

Do your skaters train the Mental side of their game?

Sign up today for a Mental Toughness Workshop that will give your skaters access to the Mental Toughness tools that have enabled top performing athletes to achieve the highest levels of success.
