  • Effectively use Imagery to increase consistency
  • Set and assess Goals to increase motivation and concentration
  • Change self-limiting beliefs
  • Improve Self-Talk control
  • Identify their own mental strengths and weaknesses
  • Boost Self-Confidence and/or Collective Efficacy levels
  • Get a handle on difficult emotions
